Damaged, defective, or wrong item: send us a photo within 14 days of delivery and we'll replace it or refund you in full — no need to ship anything back into the mist.
Changed your mind: unused dice and accessories in original packaging can be returned within 14 days of delivery. Buyer covers return shipping; refund issued on arrival.
Because apparel and mugs are printed to order for you specifically, we can't accept change-of-mind returns on those. But if sizing or print quality disappoints, talk to us anyway — we're small enough to be reasonable.
Refunds are processed to the original payment method within 7 business days of approval.
